CVB:
- A workshop producing documentary-videos that is open to the world of education and culture and focuses on the realities of Brussels and the French-speaking Community of Belgium.
- A contribution given to production, making and broadcasting by a qualified personnel, shooting and editing equipment, supported by an administrative body.
- A catalogue with hundreds of films, a policy of promotion and broadcast with public premières, video editions, sales to televisions and reference libraries.
- A stand in national and international markets and festivals. Training schemes in production, making and critical analysis of the audiovisual techniques.
- The co-ordination of the video network 'Banlieues d'Europe'; an exchange network among workshops and European groups that make video interventions in the European suburbs.
