Some websites have developed specific ways to upload mobile phone video directly from your phone:
YouTube
When you create an account at YouTube, you can set up a mobile phone profile:you can define the default titles, tags and categories to use when you post videos from a mobile phone. Afterwards you receive an email address that you can send your mobile phone videos to (from your mobile) to have them automatically uploaded to YouTube.

Photobucket
Works in pretty much the same way as YouTube. Upon account creation, an e-mail address is given together with a PIN code. To upload a video to their website, all you need to do is e-mail the video file from your cell phone to your Photobucket address.

Blogger
Again, pretty much the same functionality, albeit on your own personal blog (!) instead of a big site like YouTube. Setting up a blog is plain simple (http://www.blogger.com/signup.g), you can literally start videoblogging from your cell phone within minutes. Also supports audioblogging.

Blip.tv
Register, create a mobile e-mail address by typing in a password on http://blip.tv/prefs/blipfoot/ (registration required), and start uploading from your mobile!
